  • Výborná poloha hotelu, příjemné prostředí, vynikající komunikace s personálem, pestrý výběr u snídaně,

  • Zlobil signál TV, ale jelikož pro nás TV nebyla důležitá, tak je to nepodstatná vada na kráse.

  • Lokalita, čistota ....

  • Snídaně velmi dobré. Líbili se nám. Standardně. Nicméně tam chybělo tak trochu něco "osobního": nějaká pomazánka, nějaký zajímavý salát (když už jsme u Labe, tak např. rybí), určitě i v Poděbradech je nějaká "poděbradská specialita" ...

  • Umistěni hotelu, prostorný, slunný pokoj, cisto, konvice s hrnecky....mily personal v jidelne, snidane chutna a dostacujici. Zajistene parkovani zdarma.

  • Chybějici recepce, takze klient musi čekat s taškou na prichod recepcniho pred hotelem. Nebyl vysypávaný odpadový koš. V koupelne hotelu obykle bývá tekuté mýdlo, sáčkový šámpon, těl.mléko,ušni šteticky..apod. Zde ( krom jednoho pytlicku s mýdlem) vše chybělo. Jinak ale celkový dojem : spokojenost.

  • Pokoj byl čistý, nově vybavený, koupelna pěkná a čistá, celý pension voňavý. Personál příjemný, ochotný, komunikativní..., poloha pensionu ideální, snídaně moooc dobré - domácí upečené sladké, vajíčka, párečky, jogurty, ovoce a zelenina... Využili jsme slevy na masáže a udělali jsme dobře - profesionální a za pěknou cenu...
